AEROSPACE
Aerospace CNC machining is the machining of parts used with precision computer programs and milling equipment. It is used for manufacturing of parts for maintaining all types of aircrafts including space equipment. Whether hinges, bushings, manifolds, clamps, or other custom machined parts, aerospace equipment and aircraft parts need the best components made with the highest quality metals for durability. Titanium and Kovar are most often used for aerospace components, but others include stainless steel, Inconnel, aluminum, brass, bronze, ceramic, copper, and other certain types of plastic.
MEDICAL
With medical equipment manufacturing requirements becoming increasingly rigorous, our strict quality control, impeccable machining precision, and a wide variety of material choices will meet and exceed all of your requirements when it comes to medical equipment machining. The reliability and precision required for medical devices to operate correctly, requires machining by a medical CNC machine shop. The highest possible accuracy and uniformity must be assured, produced in a stringently controlled, sanitary environment.
OEM PARTS
Capabilities include milling, drilling, turning, lathe work, laser cutting, punching, shearing, grinding, band sawing, tapping and tooling. Materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous, exotic, heat-resistant, high temperature, light-duty, perforated, powdered and precious metals and plastics are used. OEM parts such as precision parts and components, chassis, enclosures, card cages and assemblies are machined and fabricated in custom specifications with +/-0.001 in. tolerances. Custom design engineering, prototyping, welding, finishing and integration services are also available. Meet UL, ASTM and Mil-Spec. standards.
